Your Cover. This is the only "Uniform" that we actually have. This is what you would wear at meetings, Honor Guard, Color Guard (if representing the Post) etc. You need this one item for your Uniform. Here are the details of ordering it:
On the American Legion Flag and Emblem website, go to American Legion, apparel, and Caps (Uniform). Click on the "Visit Legion Uniform Cap Order Form" link.
Step 1, Select Department: Arizona.
Step 2, Style: City and Step 2a Unlined. (Recommended for Arizona.)
Step 3, Men: Fort Knox.
Women: Women's
Step 4, Cap Size: Enter your Cap Size if you know it. (Click the "How To Find Your Size" link if unsure. Also, try one from another Post Member at a meeting if unsure.)
Step 5, Required Lettering: Please enter your required lettering: SUN CITY WEST, AZ.
Step 6, Required Lettering: Please enter your post number: 94
Step 7, Optional Gold Lettering: Used only if you want to indicate you are/were an officer in the Post. Not required.
Before you click and pay, do you also need a Name tag? Add this to your cart if you wish to order your Post 94 Nametag:

Under American Legion, click on the pull-down menu Name Tags, Printed.
Select Legion, and then one of the 4 options: Safety-Pin, Clutch Back, Magnetic or Clip-On.
On this next page, you need to type 3 things into the little box:
After Level (see table): Post
After Name: Your FIRST and LAST NAME (all in CAPITALS)
After Up to 3 additional lines (limit of 25 letters/line):
AMERICAN LEGION POST 94
SUN CITY WEST, ARIZONA
(If you want a title First, add that before Post 94 and City, State line)
That is it, click and pay. Your "Cover" and your "Nametag" are really the only things you need to buy for your uniform to attend meetings, participate in the Honor Guard or Color Guard, represent the Post, etc. If you join the Honor Guard, we supply shirts, pants, jackets, braids and scarves, rain hats, and boonie hats for the sun. But you still need your "cover". All the pins, ribbons, and medals you put on the right side of your cover are optional.
